Through persistency, creativity and diligence Ruck Ventilatoren GmbH has evolved from a one man garage company to a medium-sized enterprise with currently 65 employees.

- 1992 Company-established in Spaichingen.
- 1994 Relocated to the industrial sites in Boxberg.
- 1995 Construction of production facilities in Boxberg.
- 1996 Start of own sheet metal assembly with CNC punching and bending machines and introduction of 3D-CAD.
- 1997 Start of own tool making facility with CAD / CAM system.
- 1998 Expansion of production facilities, storage and office space.
- 1999 Design and development of ruck brand ventilation products for residential, commercial and light industry applications.
- 2001 Installation of software for dynamic, customized arrangement of sheet metal components on punching machines.
- 2002 Installation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
- 2003 Optimization of production layout and material support.
