Good air circulation is a key factor in all indoor growing environments. This can easily be achieved by the installation of an extractor fan.

The fan can be used to remove the stale co2 depleted air creating a vacuum effect allowing fresh air to be pulled into the room through vents, door and window frames and even the brick work.

Use of either of our fans will ensure the reasonable amount of fresh air to promote the growth of strong healthy plants.

Silent running.

Fans come complete with mounting bracket and 4 metres of flex.

Choosing the right lamp for you:

Contrary to popular belief, it is a well documented fact that the use of smaller lamps for hydroponics/indoor growing is the most effective and also the most efficient light source. The distance between the light source and the plant is crucial. A slightly higher number of smaller lamps close up is much more effective than a lot of light far away. Use of larger lamps in this way will only serve to scorch the tops of your beloved plants.

The Inverse Square Law

The most significant consideration in lighting is the 'Inverse Square Law'. This law of physics says that the light energy available is in inverse proportion to the distance it has travelled. Or, put another way, if an object is twice as far from a light source, it will receive a quarter as much light. If it is four times away it will recieve a sixteenth as much light.

If your plants are valuable you can't afford to economise.
